Simply click on ‘ENQUIRE NOW’ and fill out the equipment/facility request form. Make sure you state your full name, contact details, equipment/facility, and specification you want and when you need it by and duration. Then SUBMIT. You will receive a response within 24 hours

Not every business can list on MEPON, we aim to provide only the best and we don’t want just anybody being able to list equipment and facilities.

Every business has to be screened by us to ensure they are reputable and professional before it goes live on MEPON.

Yes, we can, simply email info@meponequipment.com with the following information:

• Your contact details
• Location
• Good description of your equipment requirement
• Photos if possible (for businesses to review)
• The best way and time to contact you

Once we have this information, we will search our database for suitable equipment and businesses to get quotes from, we will then send you these quotes for consideration.

That’s great, simply go to the review selection on the rental service listing page and select your ratings, ‘WRITE A REVIEW’ and chose whether you would recommend or not.

If someone wants to use your service, they can select to contact you via the website, and which will be routed to you via the contact details you provided while registering your business or service. We recommend being very responsive to Enquiries & Bookings as this will be reflected in the reviews/ratings and recommendations on your service.

You need a subscription to List and an Equipment or Facility. Please, refer to the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ page for options available.

You must guarantee the prices you advertise, if you can’t guarantee the type of equipment you provide simply use the ‘prices starting from’ provided in the cost types.

We understand things don’t always go to plan and it’s not always someone’s fault, as with the business screening process, all reviews are screened and have to be approved by us to go live on the site to ensure fairness to both the business and future customers. If we find a negative review, rating or recommendation we will contact both the business and the customer to work out what caused the negative review, we will then attempt to work out a win-win solution between the customer and the business.

Equipment listing is by subscription. Please refer to the subscription page for more information on the different options available.

Advertising on MEPON does not require subscription, but rather registration and approval. Advertising your services or products attracts fees depending on your requirement, and you can showcase your business perfectly with web banners and videos and different pages.

Yes, there may be rental agreement to be executed.

By simply going to the top right corner of the home page and selecting “LIST AN ITEM” and follow the online instruction: Login in, using your USERNAME and PASSWORD, and get on with listing your equipment.

If you do not have an account, you Sign up as a VENDOR / CUSTOMER and complete the form. Upon approval, you can then start listing your equipment.

Vendors can also Sign up via the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ page, which shows the options available.

That is fine; we encourage businesses to do discounts or limited time offers and other various specials. Because we want only the most professional businesses on MEPON any changes must be made in writing to us, this eliminates sharp practices that will degrade the reputation of the website and other businesses.

The process is very easy, simply send an email to info@meponequipment.com

State your business name, the listing you want edited and what changes you want. You can make as many changes as you like.
